예술과 비디오방의 새로운 만남 새빨간비디오에서 일반 시민들은 예술 영상을 편안하게 감상 할 수 있고 비디오 작가들은 자신의 다양한 실험 작품을 시민들에게 일상적으로 소개 할 수 있다. 새빨간 비디오 프로젝트를 통해 이제 아트비디오 & 필름이 가벼운 몸짓으로 시민사회의 일상을 파고들 행동을 개시한다.

<Red Video Archive>
Opening “OFF ℃”, undergroundartchannel starts the “Red Video Archive” project, archives and rental systems of art videos or films, which is assisted by Arts Council Korea.
Through the “Red Video Archive” project, combining art works with video-room, the public can meet with media arts more comfortably, and the video artists also can introduce their various experimental art works to their audiences.
